Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 business hours after successful payment. Transit time depends on your pincode and the courier’s route—metro and tier-1 cities are typically faster than remote locations. We’ll share the tracking link/AWB by SMS and email once the shipment is picked up. Any delivery charge or “Free Delivery” eligibility (if applicable) is shown at checkout before you pay. Bulky or hazardous items may follow special courier handling as per policy.

Yes—KhetiShop offers a 2-day return window from the date of delivery for cases like wrong, damaged or materially defective items. Please initiate the request within 48 hours, keep the item unused in its original sealed packaging, and share clear photos/videos to help us verify quickly. Note: For safety and regulatory reasons, opened agro-chemicals, used tools, perishable/live plants or items without original packaging are usually not returnable. Once approved, we process a replacement or refund as per policy and courier serviceability at your location.

Absolutely. A GST invoice is generated for eligible orders and becomes available as a PDF in your account after processing. Ensure your billing details and GSTIN (if applicable) are entered correctly at checkout—they appear exactly as provided. Applicable tax slabs and HSN details depend on the product category.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an AWB/tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track any time from the Orders section of your KhetiShop account. It can take up to 12–24 hours for the first scan to appear after courier pickup. Multiple parcels will have separate tracking links.

We support UPI, major credit/debit cards, net-banking and select wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible products and pincodes, subject to courier rules and order value limits. All payments go via secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

We deliver to most serviceable pincodes across India via courier partners. Checkout verifies serviceability and shows accurate shipping charges or Free Delivery eligibility (if any). Some items may have regional restrictions due to brand or courier policies.

Yes. Our team can help with pack selection, label guidance and order-related queries. For agronomic decisions (dose, spray interval, mixing), always follow the product label/leaflet and consult a local agronomist if needed—labels are the final authority.
